OVERVIEW: Owners' lands were properly forfeited to the State pursuant to Article III of Acts of 1906, pp. 88-248 (Kentucky), for owners' failure to list their lands for taxation and pay the taxes so assessed. Owners were not deprived of due process because the statute afforded them notice and opportunity to be heard before forfeiture.
