OVERVIEW: Judgments for manufacturers was proper in retailer's action to challenge the Ohio Fair Trade Act, Ohio Rev. Code §§ 1333.27-1333.34, because, under the McGuire Act, 66 Stat. 631, 15 U.S.C.S. §§ 45(a)(1)-(5), trademark owner could be permitted to enforce stipulated minimum retail resale prices against retailers who did not sign fair-trade contracts.
