District Court, from 1998 to the present, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, from 1997 to the present, and the U.S. Supreme Court, from 1999 to the present. Links also are available to retrieve cases that date back earlier than those provided on the site. Information regarding the sitting judges, the courthouse, and local and federal rules also is provided.

Additional factors to limit a search include: by party name, judge, or counsel. Once results are displayed, lexisONE provides a link that allows the user to Shepardize a case by either using a Lexis ID and password or with a credit card.
