    Founded in 1976, the National Regulatory Research Institute (NRRI), is located at Ohio State University and is the official research arm of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, providing research and other assistance to state public utility commissions and other clients. The NNRI Web site provides access to an online newsletter and allows downloading of many reports and publications, most for a fee, but some for free.   • Organization for Competitive Markets
    The Organization for Competitive Markets (OCM) is a nonprofit organization that works to foster competition in the agricultural markets and preventing market power abuse. It provides research, information and advocacy toward that goal. The online Library provides links to academic reports and articles, government reports, membersíÆª opinions papers, testimony of OCM members, selected trial deposition and affidavit testimony and a small number of reported cases of interest.     The World Trade Organization (WTO) administers trade agreements, provides a forum for trade negotiations, handles trade disputes, monitors national trade policies, provides technical assistance and training for developing nations and works cooperatively with other international organizations. A wide variety of information and documentation is available on its searchable Web site. Its íÆ˜ResourcesíÆ£ page provides access to statistics, economic research and analysis (such as annual reports, press releases, special studies and working papers), an online bookshop (some publications can be downloaded free of charge, even though the paper copies are for sale), and links to other important international trade sites. The íÆ˜DocumentsíÆ£ page provides links to explanation and analysis of the WTO agreements as well as the legal texts of the agreements.
