    The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC), a partnership between the FBI and National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), provides this Web site. The site offers tips to the Internet user on how to spot Internet fraud and also provides an online complaint referral report by which Internet users in the U.S. can alert authorities of suspected Internet fraud. Once a complaint referral report is submitted, it is directed to an appropriate local agency for further action.
