  10. These packages are designed for occasional use. If you need multiple packages or subscribe repeatedly, there is probably a more cost-efficient subscription available for you and your firm. If this sounds like your situation, call 1.800.356.6548, option 1.

    Confirmation and Receipt Page - Upon successfully ordering a subscription/s, you will receive a Confirmation and Receipt Page. This page is printable and can serve as your subscription receipt. You also will have your credit card receipt as a record of your subscription.
    Confirmation and Receipt Email - Upon successfully ordering a subscription/s, you will receive a Confirmation and Receipt Email. This email can be saved your subscription receipt.
    Current Subscriptions - This section can be found within "Account Details" and will provide you with details pertaining to current/active subscriptions that you have purchased.
    Subscription Order History - This section can be found within "Account Details" and will provide you with details pertaining to expired subscriptions. You may also renew these expired subscriptions from this location. Subscription orders will be displayed for 1 Year from date of expiration.

  25. Is there any routine downtime that might affect my access to the site?
  26. If you are accessing this Web site from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m ET. Monday - Saturday, or from 1 a.m. to 8 a.m. ET, Sunday, your LexisNexis® at lexis.com® ID will be emailed after 3 a.m. Monday - Saturday and after 8 a.m. Sunday. The length of your subscription will not be affected as your daily, weekly or multi-monthly access begins when your ID is issued. Please note, during these hours you will not be able to conduct research on the LexisNexis® at lexis.com® service. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

  27. Which Password do I use to log on with my LexisNexis® ID?
  28. When you are using your lexis.com ID for the first time you will use your lexisONE® Community password. Once you log on to LexisNexis® with your lexisONE® Community password you may be prompted to create a new password. This new password is ONLY for lexis.com. It will not work with lexisONE® Community.
    If you have already logged in to LexisNexis® and had been prompted to create a new password, use the new password that you had created. If you do not remember your LexisNexis password there will be a link available on the sign on page to retrieve your password.
