OVERVIEW: Because an underlying complaint clearly stated that all of the relevant conduct began more than six months before defendant insurer's policy period commenced, a "prior publication" policy exclusion barred coverage, and a district court's ruling in favor of plaintiff insuere was reversed, and judgment was to be entered for defendant on remand.
