Overview: Sentences imposed on re-sentencing were affirmed because the judge could consider facts contrary to the jury verdict, the judge was not required to conform to his earlier drug quantity calculations, there were no ex post facto violations, there was no right to a jury determination of the relevant sentencing facts, and the sentences were reasonable.
