Overview: Court of appeals affirmed judgment removing a criminal case the State of Wyoming filed against a federal agent and contractor, which charged them trespass in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-3-303, and dismissing charges because activities they were conducting to track wolves were authorized by federal regulations and were objectively reasonable.

Overview: An alien from China was not eligible for asylum because his conviction for harboring illegal aliens in violation of 8 U.S.C.S. § 1324 qualified as an "aggravated felony" under 8 U.S.C.S. § 1101(a)(43)(N), and pursuant to 8 U.S.C.S. § 1158(b)(2)(B)(i), he was considered to have been convicted of a particularly serious crime.
