Overview: Defendant, who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a small amount of crack cocaine, was properly sentenced to a 90 month term. The sentence, which was lower than the advisory U.S. Sentencing Guidelines range, was reasonable because the district court calculated the Guidelines range and weighed the 18 U.S.C.S. § 3553(a) factors.
