Overview: Defendant's convictions for attempt under 18 U.S.C.S. § 2422(b) were affirmed as there was sufficient evidence to show that he had the requisite intent and that he committed a substantial step in furtherance of the underlying crimes. Despite a lack of evidence of travel, he crossed the line from mere talk to inducement.
