Overview: Under 18 U.S.C.S. § 924(c), a sufficient nexus between the guns and the drug-selling operation was shown where an officer testified to the drugs, scale, ammunition, and readily accessible loaded guns recovered from the apartment and while defendant was stopped outside, he had a key that fit the lock and a paper in the apartment had his name on it.
