Overview: A prisoner's 28 U.S.C.S. § 2241 petition was properly dismissed pursuant to Eleventh Circuit precedent because the BOP reasonably interpreted 18 U.S.C.S. § 3624(b)(1) to require that he receive good time credit of 54 days for each year he actually served in prison rather than for the time he was sentenced to serve.
