Overview: Evidence was sufficient to show that defendant, who was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C.S. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(e) and 26 U.S.C.S. § 5812, exercised dominion and control over shotgun and ammunition found in a bag 100 yards from him where bag contained gun, ammunition with defendant's fingerprint, receipt in his name, and defendant's identification.
