Overview: A petition for review of the denial of asylum and withholding of removal was denied because an immigration judge denied asylum based on the one-year filing deadline, and denied withholding based on an adverse credibility finding, and the alien's brief did not point to any error in either of those determinations. Overview: BIA did not abuse its discretion in denying alien's motion to reopen removal proceedings, under 8 C.F.R. § 1003.2(c)(1), and properly found alien's claims too vague and speculative to establish prima facie eligibility for asylum where, inter alia, she presented no evidence to support her claim that she would have been persecuted as an unwed mother.
