Overview: Defendant's sentence for mail fraud, under 18 U.S.C.S. §§ 1341, 2, was affirmed as, in sentencing defendant, district court made no procedural error and the sentence was not unreasonably long. While defendant completed his sentence of imprisonment and was serving his term of supervised release, his challenge to length of the sentence was not moot.
