Overview: Under 8 U.S.C.S. § 1252(b)(4)(B), an IJ's adverse credibility determination was not supported by substantial evidence because the IJ misconstrued the record when identifying some inconsistencies and the IJ's finding that given the wealth of aliens, it was implausible that they would not relocate after receiving threats was purely speculative.
