Overview: The grant of summary judgment to the employer on the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 claim was reversed; although the employee had procured a letter from his physician attesting to his inability to continue working, the circumstances surrounding the procurement of the letter required the district court to treat the employee's qualification as disputed.
