Overview: Only evidence plaintiffs produced in support of 29 U.S.C.S. § 1140 claim that termination was motivated by employer's desire to prevent employee from reaping increased pension benefits was fact that employer terminated employee 18 months before his pension would have begun to increase in value, which was not sufficient to survive summary judgment.
