Overview: Alien's petition for review was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as, under 8 U.S.C.S. § 1252(a)(2)(B)(I), court lacked jurisdiction to review any claim that BIA abused its discretion in affirming denial of INA § 212(I) waiver and subsequent denial of adjustment of status, and alien's alleged deprivations of his constitutional rights had no merit.

Overview: A 60-month term of imprisonment was properly imposed upon revocation of a defendant's supervised release. A district court adequately explained its imposition of the statutory maximum sentence, and while the sentence was premised on an improper range calculation, defendant failed to show that the sentence would have been lower without this error.
