Overview: Reasonable jury could have determined that defendant knowingly possessed firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C.S. § 922(g)(1), where he was the only person in vehicle, gun was found next to him under passenger seat, and he accelerated through well-marked police checkpoint, stopping after officers gave chase. Driver's license checkpoint was reasonable.
