Overview: Under 9 U.S.C.S. § 9, a district court had the power to confirm and enforce an equitable order entered in an arbitration proceeding, despite the fact that an appeal from such was interlocutory in nature; however, an appellate court had no jurisdiction to decide an issue arising from a remand order where a district court decided nothing.
