Overview: Inmate, who was convicted of murder, rape, and other charges, was properly denied 28 U.S.C.S. § 2254 habeas corpus relief. Although a juror did not disclose prior contact with the prosecutor, the failure to volunteer this information was not a dishonest response or a deliberate omission of material information that violated the inmate's rights.
