Overview: Evidence was sufficient to support defendants' convictions for conspiracy to defraud the U.S. under 18 U.S.C.S. § 371; although there was conflicting evidence as to whether defendants failed to record sales figures on their company's books, so as to reduce their tax liability, jury was free to choose among reasonable constructions of the evidence.
