Overview: A district court's dismissal of a pro se inmate's § 1983 complaint against a doctor alleging violations of the Eighth Amendment and retaliation was affirmed as his medical claim, at best, stated a claim of negligence, malpractice, or disagreement with medical treatment, and the inmate did not show that any of the alleged actions were retaliatory.
