Overview: There was a rational basis for the different treatment of methamphetamine (actual) and methamphetamine under USSG § 2D1.1, and the guidelines did not violate due process in that regard, and the methamphetamine guidelines were not subject to arbitrary application. Nor was there any Booker error in the application of the guideline.
