Overview: Photo ID required by Ind. Code §§ 3-5-2-40.5, 3-10-1-7.2, 3-11-8-25.1, was not an undue burden on the right to vote because the statute's role in preventing voting fraud, specifically where a person came to polls claiming to be someone else, outweighed the effect of requiring a photo ID in inducing eligible voters to disfranchise themselves.
