Overview: Defendant's sentencing appeal was denied. District court did not err in adopting enhancement under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 2D1.1(b)(1) when calculating sentencing guidelines range applicable to defendant's 21 U.S.C.S. § 841(a)(1), 18 U.S.C.S. § 922(k), offenses. Overview: District court did not err in refusing under Fed. R. Evid. 403 to allow defendant to cross-examine a police officer under Fed. R. Evid. 608(b) regarding the officer's failure to mention in a report his use of force in another case; although the omission related to truthfulness, the officer's credibility was not in issue in defendant's case.
