Overview: 18 U.S.C.S. 2252A(b)(1) 15-year minimum sentence imposed on defendant after he pled guilty to charge of distributing child pornography was not grossly disproportionate considering seriousness of the crime and defendant's past history of aggravated sexual assault and sex abuse of minors. Therefore, the sentence did not violate the Eighth Amendment.
