Overview: Defendant's sentence, at the bottom of a sentencing range, was properly imposed despite the fact that some of his criminal history consisted of misdemeanors and traffic violations because, even if the minor offenses were not included, his sentence was still within the guidelines range and was presumptively reasonable under 18 U.S.C.S. § 3553(a).
