Overview: District court considered the sentencing factors in 18 U.S.C.S. § 3553(a), and took into account defendant's lengthy period as a fugitive, his efforts to mislead his probation officer, and the danger his conduct could pose to others. For this and other reasons, there was no nonfrivolous basis for appeal and counsel's motion to withdraw was granted.
