Overview: District court properly dismissed an individual's excessive force claim on qualified immunity grounds where there was no indication that he was in a diabetic shock and safety concerns made it objectively reasonable for the officer to assume that he was dealing with a belligerent drunk when he pulled the individual from his truck and handcuffed him.
