Overview: Defendants' sentences, which included 151 and 135 months' imprisonment, respectively, were upheld because, among other matters, the government did not breach the plea agreement with the first defendant because it never contested the adjustment for acceptance of responsibility. Sentences of both defendants were reasonable under 18 U.S.C.S. § 3553.
