Overview: Among other things, defendant transported drugs across state lines, stored them at his residence, and sold them. Furthermore defendant did not contest the characterization that he was the "boss" of the conspiracy; thus, district court's refusal to grant a two level reduction under U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual § 3B1.2(b) was not error.
