Overview: Summary judgment was properly entered against co-trustees of decedent's estate as to their disability discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C.S. § 12132, 29 U.S.C.S. § 794(a), and Minn. Stat. § 363A.12, subd. 1. Police officers had no reason to believe, when they entered home, that paranoid schizophrenic decedent presented danger to himself or others.
