Overview: Defendant's conviction on the second count of sexual abuse was reversed based on insufficient evidence; the victim's testimony that "maybe" the sexual abuse occurred twice, uncorroborated by any independent evidence of such encounters, was not substantial evidence on which a reasonable jury could base a finding of guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
