Overview: Sentence of 262 months' imprisonment for distributing morphine within 1,000 feet of a school was affirmed. It was within a range agreed upon by defendant and the government. District court properly applied 18 U.S.C.S. § 3553(a) factors, and the presentence report, even if prejudicial, which the court did not find, did not factor into the sentence.
