Overview: Parents' IDEA, 20 U.S.C.S. §§ 1400-1491o, claims against school district failed. Son performed consistently, though not well, on standardized tests over years, so he had to have been learning at same pace as peers; fact finding regarding academic progress showed IEPs were reasonably calculated to provide educational benefit and had desired effect.
