Overview: Defendants' 48- and 42-month sentences for violating 21 U.S.C.S. § 843(b) were reasonable; but for the statutory maximum, defendants would have faced much longer sentences under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual, and one defendant stipulated to a reduction of two, rather than three, levels for acceptance of responsibility.
