Overview: Where evidence was presented that in 1999, defendant told the arresting agent that his birth year was 1976, but on appeal, he presented a birth certificate that stated he was born in 1981, defendant did not carry his burden of proving that he was a juvenile in 1999 when he was convicted for conspiracy to possess and possession of marijuana.
