Overview: Although third-party claim referred to a different, earlier contract, where as privities, insurer and reinsurer were parties to reinsurance agreement that contained broad arbitration clause, and insurer's third-party claim depended upon construction of reinsurance agreement, dismissal or a stay in favor of arbitration was required.
