Overview: District court did not err by ordering defendant to cooperate in collection of DNA sample under 42 U.S.C.S. § 14135a of DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 as condition of supervised release. Court's precedent foreclosed argument that Act violated Fourth Amendment on ground it authorized search without requiring individualized suspicion.
