Overview: Appellant argued that United States Marshals Service conducted incomplete search, as it failed to produce cellblock videotape; however, appellant's initial request did not specifically mention videotape, and tapes were recycled every 30 days, so failure to conduct separate search for tape did not render search inadequate, 5 U.S.C.S. § 552(a)(3).
