Overview: Sufficient evidence showed that defendant used "firearm" as defined in 18 U.S.C.S. § 921(a)(3)(A) because eye witness testimony described both weapons and established that defendant threatened death with shotgun and pointed pistol at teller when demanding money. From threats with what appeared to be a gun, jury could infer that a firearm was used.
