Overview: Because serviceman violated Unif. Code Mil. Justice art. 92(2), 10 U.S.C.S. § 892(2), by disobeying a lawful order, which was consistent with Army Reg. 670-1, para. 1-18 (1992) and did not violate Emoluments Clause of U.S. Const. art. I, § 9, to add UN insignia to his basic uniform, order dismissing his petition for collateral review was affirmed.
