Overview: Where a claim for a drug patent stated that the ratio of tramadol to acetaminophen was a weight ratio of about 1:5, there was no error in the district court's construction of the term "about 1:5" to mean approximately 1:5, encompassing a range of ratios no greater than 1:3.6 to 1:7.1, based in part on the testimony of the patent owner's expert.
