Overview: In the State of Alaska's action against the United States to quiet title to certain marine submerged lands in Alaska, a proposed decree was approved which provided that the United States had title to certain marine submerged lands, and, pursuant to the Quiet Title Act, the United States disclaimed any real property interest in certain lands.
