Overview: Alien was properly found to be removable based on a state conviction for aiding and abetting a theft; since every jurisdiction abrogated the distinction between principals and aiders and abettors, the term "theft offense" in 8 U.S.C.S. § 1101(a)(43)(G) included the crime of aiding and abetting a theft offense within the generic definition of theft.
