Overview: Judgment for installer for late fee and attorney's fees was error because there was no evidence of a contract requiring owner to pay attorney's fee or late fees. Transmission of invoice to owner after completion of work did not serve to alter terms of the agreement because there was no evidence that owner assented to those additional terms.
