Overview: Property division and alimony awards were properly based on husband's separate estate under Ala. Overview: Given that a car buyer concealed the water damage sustained by his trade-in vehicle to the seller of a replacement vehicle, which the seller relied on, and because such was inexcusable, a punitive damages award in the seller's favor was upheld. Further, no error resulted from the trial court's consideration of prior settlement negotiations.
